Bright and fruity from first opening, Hennessy also has undertones of oak and once in the mouth flavours of nutty grilled almonds and a hint of fresh grapes are released. Perfect for all manner of cocktails and mixed drinks, this vodka from the East London Liquor Company is just the ticket if you're looking a very well made but approachable spirit. A true cocktail classic, Fee Brothers Cherry Bitters adds that distinctive, bittersweet dark cherry flavour for your concoctions. It's made with a base of wheat, and distilled in a Holstein copper pot still at the wonderful distillery in Bow Wharf (give it a visit if you're in the area, we love it). Whether you like a natural or washed coffee, fruity or chocolate vibes, with beans from all over the world we have something for you. This is followed by a creamy vanilla moment before more lemon and eventually a brief hard boiled barley sugar with orange rind.Most live by the "nothing added, nothing taken away" mantra but are always produced by the best small-scale independent producers. Despite the name, its flavour is not bitter at all, with the strong aromatic flavour, powerful with gentian and spices. The strong coffee notes come through immediately on the nose and its thick texture is welcome on the palate with a sweet chocolate flavour coming through alongside the coffee. Its strong bitter flavour is artichoke based but is enriched by a mixture of 13 different herbs, plants and roots, bringing out heady botanical aromas and flavours.
